PRICING

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. 

Shipments sent outside of Australia are sold exclusive of GST and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once your shipment reaches your country.

PRE ORDERS

Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns for change of mind on pre–orders.

We make your order especially for you and as we commit to acquiring those items directly from our design team, the transaction may not be cancelled once finalised.

Please consider all factors such as sizing, fit, colour, delivery dates etc. before placing an order. 

All pre-orders have a 21 business days turnaround,

DELIVERIES

As your order will be custom made just for you, we will have delivery on its way to you within 21 days, if there are unforeseen circumstances which may affect this we will contact you in advance.

Please refer to our shipping for more info on customs and taxes, as well as our delivery charges both within Australia and internationally.

You will receive a tracking number for your parcel via email once posted.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We do not return on preorders or change of mind so please choose carefully.  

For a manufacturing default we offer a full refund or an exchange for the same item only if the product is returned in the original condition with all tags still attached. 

This refund or exchange policy does not apply if the product has been worn, used, washed or damaged after delivery or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. 

In order to make your online buying experience a pleasant one we will exchange for incorrect sizing.  Shipping on a size exchange is at the customers cost.  

We do have a detailed sizing chart, please refer to in order to minimise incorrect size selection and/or feel free to email us at info@laneasgrace.com to for further info.

In either an exchange for sizing or a fault.  The customer has 7 business days to notify us and 14 days to return garment from the date of delivery.  Please notify us via email returns@laneasgrace.com with your order number.
